  • Vadiovadio.no

    Video calls, inspections, quotes, orders and invoices for service companies.

    • Built LiveKit meeting features and co-built the recording agent, so every call ends with a transcript and summary in six languages.
    • Built the CRM pipeline, so every lead reaches the right company and a won deal becomes an order automatically.
    • Shipped the iOS and Android app with Expo, so technicians join calls and run inspections from the field.
    • Built roles and white-label branding, so each chain runs Vadio on its own domain.

    One workspace for projects, chat, docs, HR and CRM.

    • Built the desktop app in Electron for macOS, Windows and Linux, with auto update and a floating meeting window.
    • Built realtime chat features like unread counts, reminders, scheduled messages and push notifications.
    • Built call features on LiveKit like screen share, in-call chat and a pre-join screen, so teams meet without leaving the app.
    • Moved the web app to TanStack Router across about 2,400 files, so every route is type-safe.
